Meet Kate
Hi, I'm Kate Henderson.
I’m a qualified Drama Teacher with over a decade of experience, holding a BA (Hons) from Kingston University and QTLS teaching status. I’m also accredited in several LAMDA syllabi and qualified in Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health.
At K8 Creative, I’m passionate about inclusive and differentiated learning, helping every student access and excel in their studies while building confidence and self-esteem. I specialise in supporting students with SEND, developing engaging curricula, and using drama techniques to enhance learning across subjects including English, Maths and PSHE.
As the Designated Safeguarding Lead at K8 Creative, I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive and inspiring environment where every student can thrive.
